As a single mother and a woman living with ADHD, Kaylee speaks with authenticity and vulnerability about resilience, leadership, and inclusivity. She is passionate about advancing JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) initiatives and creating workplaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered.
