With over a decade of experience in leadership support and organizational culture, she has built her career on empowering voices that are too often overlooked.
As a single mother and a woman living with ADHD, Kaylee speaks with authenticity and vulnerability about resilience, leadership, and inclusivity. She is passionate about advancing JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) initiatives and creating workplaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered. Beyond her professional role, she advocates for women’s leadership, neurodiversity awareness, and employee engagement through writing, public speaking, and personal storytelling.
